1st day of spring break...

We're hoping the rest of the week doesn't end like it started....I was up all last night with Max - croup/ear infection and I with a pounding head...I've been battling a head cold for the last couple of weeks and finally had to throw the towel in....couldn't believe the last time I saw my Doc was in 2006.....Max and I headed in and got drugs....first dose, lunch and off to bed for most of the day. Thankfully, Alex and Sam were occupied and Thrilled to just be at home for a whole day! Hopefully we'll get some of our "fun" activities in.....I headed into work and decided the temp of 54 degrees warranted an outside workout....some were not thrilled, one had slip on shoes and the other crocs - It's all good! NOTE: now that the weather is starting to improve wear shoes suitable for outside.....We had fun - lots of looks and even a roaring beep from a trucker.....6:30pm started rolling in with fearful eyes - we stayed in as the clouds started to roll in.....We did swings, MP ladder, halos, Good morning, walking swings and lunges, squats, push ups.....3 sets of 10 body weight squats, 8 good morning and 20 swings.....inside group added laying down see saws, straight arm pull over, push ups and hot potatoes....back to the basics - nice effort....No newbies for the first time in a long time so I spent time picking on my regulars - we learn every class new information - always stay open minded! So proud of the babysitter for cleaning up the house - check messages, kids in bed, Pjs......Sweet dreams in preparation for the 1st of April.....we shall see what' in store.....

A light day....

Got up this morning and ran with my good friend Sherry....wow I can't tell you the last time I ran and boy was it rough!!!!! Bob is actually in town, my hands a mess from yesterdays swing fest so I thought it would be a nice change - felt like it was my first time, but nice to get outside!!!! Class at 9:15 very light with 5 in total - everyone getting ready for spring break.....they all did great and I of course tortured them on form.....10:30 had 10- fun silly group...had lunch with my partners and flew back for the 12:30 group.....Molly Z found out she's gonna be a proud Mama for the 4th time tomorrow!!!! She is 3.5cm and 50% effaced so Doc plans on breaking her water tomorrow - headn in to Medina Hospital at 7am!!!! We are all very excited - we'll keep you posted - please keep them all in your prayers and thoughts....On that note I officially took over the Thursday night class tonight - they weren't happy to see me and almost every one said you're not doing KB are you - LOL - come on guys!!!! We did a cross-fit workout, circuit and Z health....I very well may have scared them all away????? I will also be in tomorrow at 6am - Look out!!!!

A New PR.....1000 swings

I said I would do it in last nights blog (not sure what I was thinking)....I got my butt out of bed by 6am this morning and swung the 24kg 15 sec on (set of 10 swings) and 15 sec of rest for 800 swings......the last 200 swings I dropped down to the 20kg as my form was lacking a bit.....50 min in total......definitely had to go to a happy place - that was rough....I had plans to maybe do this in class, but had second thoughts with several newbies, etc....We had 21 in class and I chose to do 5min of swings, 5min cleans, 5min squats, 5min high pulls or snatches, 5min get ups....we took breaks in between of course mixing in MP, crush curl, french press, straight arm pull over, push ups, single leg dead lift, burpees.....during the 5 min of work with the gym boss all were encouraged to do sets of 5 to 10 as well as to take breaks, hydrate and move around - listen to the body - form key.....It was a sweaty pit - great effort by all!!!! Found out today my 6 1/2 year old (who is Bob's twin in more ways you could even imagine) wrote a love letter last week....fortunately I'm friends with HER mom - they have his note on their refrigerator - LOL.....He said he loved her too much and on the back said she could kiss him!?&* LOOK OUT if you have a girl(s)....the Dudley boys oh my.....

Swingin and lots of it.......

Today's group proved they too can hang.....both classes successfully completed the MP ladder, swing, flip, squat, drop sequence as well as the swing, clean, press, snatch, squat ladder to 5 number....impressive to say the least....we threw in some additional swings, good mornings and TGU's.....Cleaned up the gym and had lunch/business meeting with my partners....all in all a good day!!!! Getting prepared to attempt the 1000 swings challenge 15 sec on and off....20 swings a minute with the 24kg in the morning....look out cuz if all goes well it's coming your way.....

Getn back in the swing of things....

It was a really nice Easter weekend...the kids and I headed to Michigan Friday afternoon. The kids had a sleepover at grandmas and partied until the wee hours of the morning. Uncle Dan finally ripped Sam's front tooth out (been hanging for over a month) - sounded like we were seriously abusing him - My mother in law was about to come unglued (my kids have a very low tolerance for pain like their father - LOL)! T.F. (tooth fairy) made a successful trip (with 3 kids in a fort on the floor in the dining room - talent)....My sister in law successfully completed R.C.I.A. so I attended the passion Saturday night - very cool! We had Easter dinner on Sunday and drove back Sunday night....all in all a nice break from our usual routine.....we spent the day at home playing catch up and getting things back in order for the rest of the week....Bob and I sneaked a painful workout in (which I graciously extended to class) before I showered and headed to the gym....He just got back from his Vegas trip where he trained twice with Sara Cheatham.....Anyway, we warmed up with Z-health, swings, ladder of MP up to 5, squats, snatches, TGU and two unforgettable sequeces: swing it, flip it (catching it by the "ball" part right side up, full rotation), squat it, drop it (catch by handle) 5 X 5....ladder to 5 swing, clean, press, snatch, squat....NICE!!!! Kevin wanted props for doing the entire training session with the 24kg or was it the 28kg - I can't remember...Chad said the next time he sees Bob he's toast...Paul made it through his first KB class, but kept looking at the clock so we'll see if he returns??? Nicole has been MIA, but is back....Michele, Jennifer and Robin did very well....Lisa came in ready to throw some iron (long day at work WITH the kids - ohhh). The snatches have been incredibly impressive as well as the squats - really great form....Mr. Jim said since he's been attending class his belly is bigger than ever...I asked if he's watching what he's eating and Sue laughed and they both agreed he's extremely successful at watching it go in - LOL!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR. MIKE - HOPE YOU HAD A GREAT DAY!!!

Stuff.....

Soooo Bob left for his annual guys Vegas trip last night....I have no problems with him going, but always hold my breath because it never fails....as soon as he leaves "Stuff" happens - not major stuff, but stuff....Got up this morning to find that our 10 year old boxer puked....got done cleaning that up in the midst of breakfast and lunch preparation and the 9 month old boxer decided to poop in the hallway - he so knows better - Why???? Now both dogs are outside - barking - my pulse rising - I let them in and both are full of mud cuz our mini snow/ice storm from the night before has melted once again...I then realized my 9 year old left his finished homework on his desk for the 2nd time this week after I asked him 22 times if he put it in his book bag....he will learn eventually....I dropped Max off and headed for work....The babysitter was 35 min late and the toilet broke - I was very proud of myself for not losing it (the joys of owning your own business - never a dull moment - LOL).....Great mix of newbies and regulars - they completed "Doug's" Circuit and did very well as many of them have not snatched in awhile and/or have never done.....Margie complained about her thumb hurting, but other than that everyone proved to be tougher than the bell - lots of man hands....The boomers kicked their session off with a ladder of swings wondering what my problem was - don't ask just swing....and that they did! Cherish came back and bought a card - Jill also returned and so did my Mom....We worked on our squats, MP and several partner sets....ended with the ladder again going both ways - proud of you all! Sue showed up with her planet friendly steamer to test it on the mats - WOW was that lil red machine amazing......I think our prayers are finally answered - germs, chalk, dust NO MORE.....I have to rob a bank in the meantime (just kidding), but seriously I think it will be worth the investment.....thank you so much Sue for taking the time to test it out and show me the ropes.....Trained the afternoon group - who not only completed the ladder of swings, but the circuit as well - many props....Had lunch with Mom at Good Taste and ran into an old friend, Kathy, who said I saw your partners having lunch earlier and they're both pregnant - Wow....She looked at my belly, Are you pregnant too??? NOPE NOT SO MUCH....Mr. Mike thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you for getting WATER for us.....on that note - I ripped up your check - I'm sorry, but I had to do it......LOL

I take it back....

Had a good day with my Max....was at Lodi Outlet mall in the rain - who shops in an outdoor facility with a stroller in unfavorable weather - AD does!!! He was such a good boy - needed some Easter wear....done...Had Ms. Lisa at 5:15pm - the dress for Maui is zipped.....almost all of the way (In case your wondering, Bob, she told me about it - she didn't try it on at BBOM, LOL - 6 weeks to go)! Had 2 newbies in class - Mike and Robin - very nice job!!! Carl came back and bought a card....lin and Greg made the trek from Canton....Zufra re-appeared (MIA due to shoulder issue)....Mr. Kevin called me out on Monday nights post as he used a 24kg not a 20kg - I said he lied he said no I said prove it tonight and I'll retract.....He proved it and busted out 24kg the entire class including Doug's circuit from yesterday's post (only difference is were in crap Ohio and the refreshing ocean breeze did not diminish the dew - sweat angels on black mats more like it)....I honor my word and officially retract my first post about being a wimp (or something like that) and only using the 16kg as well as my second post the other night about using the 20kg when really it was the 24kg - Props to you - you have earned my respect comrade.....My last group also stepped it up huge - completed the circuit, pull ups and some TRX....they also all bumped up to a 12kg (only because Lisa asked why you make a fist with the opposite hand during a MP.....that's an automatic upgrade with explanation to follow...) for the first time - NICE!!! Headed home in the slushy rain/snow....it must be EASTER, but feels more like Xmas - they all start to run together after awhile.....Looking forward to fun classes tomorrow....

LOL.....

What a funny day - jumped out of bed at 6am cuz crap I left the laundry bag in the van from last night and we're out of towels and wrist bands at the gym - they'll all be belly aching....I'm in my car in my garage in my pj's - dogs puzzled and so am I as the laundry bag is not there.....%^$# I left it in the hallway last night after my shift.....got the kids ready, showered, made dinner, dropped Max off and scooted into class with 3 min to spare (Mr.Mike even beat me today)! Gary and Jim have successfully sucked their wives in - Andrea and Colleen came back again and did great! Shannon returned for her 2nd class - nice job!!! Just as the day started I continued to be a little tongue tied and possibly deaf.....I asked for 10 push ups and began to demonstrate (for what reason I have no idea) while on my hands and knees when I thought Monica said Doggy Style - I repeated that like an idiot when she and the entire class burst into laughter because she really said DOUG STYLE - you know Doug Style push ups- LOL!!!! Shoot me now....Who knew comedy is also included for the price of admission???? We had two new in Boomers, Marcy and her Mom Debbie - they did great! Nice to see Lori, Andrea, Kelli and Sue - great job by all!!!! Ms. Becky (the babysitter) was busy for both hours (we now offer babysitting on Tues and Thurs at 10:30 in addition to 9:15am). Mr. Nick showed up to professionally clean the mats - YEA!!!! Cleaned up, got the nails done (lil me time at my favorite salon VCS), volunteered at school, grocery.....home for the night - YIPPEEEE.....Thank you again to all of you who have submitted reviews on my behalf - it means a lot!!!! #9 feels great - check it out at www.dragondoor.com!!!!!

20kg - about time....

It was another good, crazy weekend as we finished the last of my Mom's 60th birthday....She was so stunned it wasn't even funny - nice family time and lots of good food and sweets (I'm still on a sugar withdraw)....Stayed home all day today - got a lot done around the house - lots of odds and ends....Sam got his new glasses - he is so excited and can't wait to show them off tomorrow at school....Max was a stink pot all day - cried, laughed, pooped in that order most of the day (boys will be boys)....I love you baby boy, but my oh my!!!! We had 13 in class for our new Monday 5:30pm class - everyone did a great job! Lisa way to kick it in - Aaron and Kevin I am proud of you NICE job tonight.....Kevin you finally stepped it up with the 20kg so I will retract what I said in my blog last week....I don't think you did Aaron - what are you waiting for???? I don't mind if you talk in class just not during your sets - LOL!!!! 6:30 kbers came rolling in to get their spot and bells before we were even done - so funny! Sarah did a great job her first time out - way to go! We did swings, high pulls, snatches, funky halo, double lat pull, get ups, straight arm pull up, different version of of twists and deck squats....the best was the push ups - drop down and make a circle.....not so much - looked like chickens and dogs - back to the drawing board on that one! Looking forward to a busy week.....Shamrocks one day and easter eggs the next - what could be better!!!!

Wishes can come true....

The sun is shining - it's Thursday - the weekend is near! A couple new faces in classes today - thank you so much to those who are bringing your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc to make our KB family that much bigger.....your support is amazing - we couldn't do it without you - THANK YOU!!! Everyone worked hard....focused on some additional stretching at the end, especially beneficial after the "mini-Sissy test".....you all did a total of 78 swings and 78 burpees in roughly 10 min- you couldn't hear a pin drop!!!! Way to go Darlene for ringing the bell first (thank you also for the nice review)! Stacey welcome to 9:15am - game on sister.....The boomers did great also - no sissy test for them , but they made up for it with walking swings - plenty of them.....Dana officially graduated from the baby bell - you go girl!! Gayle busted out good mornings with the 20kg - nice! Kate you are officially stronger than your husband (Love ya Kevin but she could kick your %$$ in KB anyday - she didn't pay me to say that either....work with the 20kg and 24kg next class and I'll take it back - Aaron too....). 3 of the 6 in the afternoon group weighed in (6 week weigh in this week - Remember we have an open weigh-in tomorrow night at BBOM from 7-9pm) and all three were down - that rocks - your hard work and determination is paying off - keep it up!!!! I volunteered at school and then hit target for some supplies - ran into so many people it was crazy (even a former employee from Quiznos I tried to dodge and then ended up running into her cart as I turned a corner - $#@%. I really wanted the Earth to open up and swallow me cuz I wasn't in the mood to small talk, but after it was said and done I patted myself on the back for not being a coward and pretending not to see her (tried that at first and it didn't work - never does for me - so sucks - get busted every time). Picked up Max, dinner, put together the new vacuum and attempted to fold the clean clothes that have been sprawled across the bedroom for the last 2 weeks....."Sam asked the other day if he would ever be able to get clean underwear out of his drawer instead of from the basket.....he's 6.....help mommy fold and your wish is granted". LOL.

It was a GREAT day....hit the alarm 10 times until I finally stopped arguing with myself to get my %$@ in the basement....worked the KB doubles - damn that was hard!!!! Taught spinning, did errands, got Max's haircut - I'm sure you heard him from wherever you were???? He screamed from the time we walked through the door until we left.....poor old ladies at gimme a haircut will never be the same....Headed into work at 5pm for one of my very favorite clients and good friend Ms. Lisa - she's lost 6lbs and 2in - that rocks - I am so proud of her she's been working like crazy!!! Keep it up...The kbers started filing in around 6:15pm....3 brand new Andrea, Colleen and Carl (his wife Anita said Amy's goin to hand you a can of whoop ass laughing)- nice!!! Chad man re-appeared (another MIA Regular) - so cool to see you....as well as Greg and Lyn from Canton.....25 in total - lots of iron lots of iron....40 swings to start, single leg mil press, halo, good morning, renegade, planche/tricep, partner single arm sit up.....boys vs girls seated twist (in a circle).....hot potato.....wrapped up with the mini-sissy test; ladder of swings and burpees....Game On!!!!! We worked TRX bands and bells in the 7:30pm group - they are so getting strong!!!! I spent an hour attempting to clean up the destruction - the chalk, the mats.....I was so excited with my new sanitizing steam cleaner - yea not so much as the mats didn't look any better after an hour - &%$#!!!! Mark just kept laughing.....dinner, bed, do it again tomorrow!!! I whooped my own......

Amie (spelled correctly this time) and tricia experienced their first official KB class (train with them Thursday afternoon)......and Anita brought her friend (not for tomorrow though) Carol! We partnered up and worked the double thing a bit....everyone quiet to start, but it doesn't take long for the requests to roll in and eventually for the class to take over - I should really bring in my lazy boy - you all don't need me....impressed with the strength - even better many of you IMPRESSED yourselves - Haley loved when you pressed both bells up with your eyes shut and peaked one open just to be sure they were still overhead - LOL.....the squatting is really getting to be out of this world......nice job! The throw downs hillarious - lots of grunting - I'm so sorry you had to work with me Ursula - it's all good....My boom booms started rolling in - Rose I'm still laughing at the shirt "I eat chocolate.....that's what she wore to KB.....too funny"....the oldies on sirius had everyone in stitches except for Heather who was seriously close to flippin out! Gayle was singin, Dana cheating, Pete not listening, Linda holding her chest - the rest Angels....I'm kiddin I love you all!!! Mom turned 60 today....flew home to get "dressed up" and drove like a maniac to get to Canton to surprise her with my Dad, Brother and sister in Law....we went to a cool place in downtown Canton called The Blue Olive - Check it out if you're ever in that neck of the woods...food to die for and entertainment every night - just opened 5 weeks ago....she loved all of her 60 surprises sent by friends and family - mostly jokes!!! My brother topped it all - stuffed her car with balloons and spray painted our parents yard (snow) bright orange and blue - Happy 60th birthday Mom last night at 12am...Good thing there is only 3 of us siblings!!!!! We really did outdo ourselves....Mr. Mike Thank you as always for getting, loading and dragging the water - We appreciate it and Love you!!!!

Birthday Doubles

It's March 10th and Bob (my hubby) is 37!!!! I decided to grant his birthday wish (not all of them) for the 6:30pm class structure - doubles....double swings, double cleans, double front squat, double rows, double mil press, double dead lift, renegade rows, double bench press.....37 throw downs.....37 swings - NICE......25 going head to head with the iron - impressive effort....time went fast - form great - started chilly ended hot.....Kim F. said she has not made the blog - tonight is your night baby - you did great as always, but I have to admit I'm still laughing at the boob comment "If they're not strapped in there draggin.....LoL".....had to be there, but we had several youngins in class teasing us over 35ers - JUST WAIT....everything starts droopin - don't laugh it's gonna happen!!!! When it's your birthday - let me know....class is all yours......

You know you're a crazy KB diehard.....

When it's a blizzard, 18 inches of snow, everything in town is shut down and there are 9 participants in kettlebell; Bob, Dar, Mike, Brian, Doug, Kim, Matt, Gary & Jim - CRAZY KBers!!! We picked up Dar on our way - she saw us pull up, threw the shovel and hopped in! If you ever need a ride just let us know.....Also know it's gonna take a whole lot to shut down - we will run class baby! Even crazier we had Dave (1st timer) show up for 9am.....he read the blog, heard from others it was fun and thought he would try - game on as a little weather's not going to stop him....Bob bribed Brian to stay (told him he would snow blow his driveway - meanwhile his pregnant wife who is due in three weeks was at home with 3 kids for 2 hours - paybacks), Dar had to stay no wheels which meant Mike had to stay due to peer pressure....they busted out a circuit while I worked with Dave who did a great job! Hopefully they didn't scare you away!!!! Dar and Mike dropped off Pasta in the afternoon - thankfully cuz we had no food and everything was closed - Thank you - you're the best!!! Thank you again to all of you who posted reviews - Nancy, Hailey, Carolyn, Kim....thank you so very much for your time and kinds words; all of you!!!!

Say What

Started the day teaching Molly's 6am class as she wasn't feeling so great last night - Baby Zufra #4???? We thought maybe, but false alarm........Marcy (Happy Birthday) and Tammy did great!!!! My group at 10:45am canceled so it was a HOME day.....we've been living out of laundry baskets, the junk mail piled as well as the dust.....felt really good to clean and organize....I feel a little better today but can't hear a thing - both ears clogged...If you want to get my attention yell....if you want to talk about me around me no problem - I can't hear you!!! We're planning to have class in the morning....The snow has gotta go.....Thank you to Ursula, Steve, Nancy and Jennifer for some really nice reviews - I so appreciate it! You all Rock!!!!

Ursula, Sue x 2, Karyn, Aimee

Light Thursday = torture of course!!! Ursula swung the 20kg with Sweaty Bob teasing her the entire hour - that rocked....you go girl.....Sue B. in the BEGINNER class swung the 24kb (nice - did this on Tues as well - my correction) and both Sue's did the suitcase deadlift with the 20's - holy Cow!!!! It was nice to see Kathy back for her 2nd class....Jerry nice job, Becca (9 weeks post partum with her 3rd) did an awesome job in her first class as well as Kate's friend Jill - so proud of you. Nice effort by all - bear crawls, walking side swings, TGU's, partner push ups, double straight arm sit ups....The strength in Medina is on the rise - look out!!!! Nancy, Hailey, Trish, Aimee and Karyn kicked it into high gear with a 20 min cross fit regime: 15 sit ups on the ball, 5 pull ups, 15 goblet squats, 10 push ups and 10 burpees....5 sets in total....Karyn's squat is kettlebell text book and Aimee busted out 50 full push ups after telling herself in the beginning she couldn't do it - Strength Comes From Within....All of you should be very proud of yourself.....I met my Mom for lunch at Thyme (one of our favorite restaurant's in Medina) so nice to see her (she made it to class and bummed around Medina waiting for me).....Her birthday (the big 60) is next week....she's not excited, but we all are......It's been a tough time for her as she just had to put her mother (who is suffering terribly from Alzheimer's) in a nursing home. It really stinks and is so hard, but it's the best care for her at this time.....On that note it sounds as though my sweet angels are taking each other out upstairs - must return to motherhood pronto....

I'm Ranked 17 in Kettlebell Land

Wow!!!! I just got an email from Sue telling me I'm ranked in the top 20 for kettlebell instructors and I'm thinking SERIOUSLY...I checked out Dragondoor and sure enough I'm #17 based on your reviews......THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the time to write a review for me - such a huge help - I really appreciate it!!!! So exciting!!! I taught spin this morning and then wondered around Target (in slow motion today for some reason - maybe it's the ice - who knows)...Max and I headed home for lunch....I was s0 lazy and actually took a nap - not a good idea with everything I need to do, but I have a bit of a chest cold (all of the kids have had and now it's my turn).....I had Lisa at 5pm (thanks for your patience) - you did awesome.....Class at 6:30 was great - we had several requests for some team work, renegade, halo, deck squats (Brian)...we also did a cool slow twist in a circle (pulled that one out of my butt, but it worked - guys in one circle and gals in another).....my 4 moms at 7:30pm did well - they always make me smile....and I got the bag of Tom's homemade nuts at 8:30 - he's a character - LOL!!!!

Go Sue Go

A great day overall - very smooth.....12 in class #1 and 4 in #2.....numbers may have been a little light, but the power and strength STRONG......SUE is the MVP for the day - swingin the 20kg (made the decision on her own which is more impressive) and has only been pushin iron for roughly 6 weeks- I am a happy Kettlebell trainer....I was fortunate to squeak in some "me" time with a scheduled massage with Mary - I seriously wanted to KNOCK HER OUT - I started to lose count at how many times I said OUOUOUCH....painful on the table, but glorious in the end!!!!! Remember guys (this has taken me a long time to understand) we beat our bodies up daily and expect it to perform unconditionally.....we have to take care of it through proper nutrition and relaxation - massage therapy a part of this equation......I jumped my greasy (only part I don't like) Freezin (ok the temp is ridiculous - freezing rain for the birds) butt behind the wheel and sped off to help at school (Sam's teacher actually sent a note home to see if I was planning to show up as I've sort of cancelled the last couple of times - seriously I've been eating bon bon's with my feet propped up)....I did feel bad, but you gotta do what you gotta do! I ran to Marc's for food.....I always manage to do this in the worst weather possible....we could be in the middle of a blizzard, hail storm or tornado - where am I? At the checkout in Marc's and/or battling my unruly cart in the parking lot - LOL!!!! Drove Sam to basketball, picked up Max...picked up Sam....dinner, homework...biggest loser, blog.....Bob headed to the Doc today concerning his shoulder...good news is no surgery or PT...bad news YOUR OLD DUDE....bone spurs/arthritis - from what??? Power Lifting 40,000 lbs at BGSU (the glory days)....He held several records in his day you know......anyway, he has some drugs and should be good to go for RKC which is extremely good news!!!! Tonight, he keeps belly aching about last night's class - my quads...you hurt me! Thank you again to those who have written some pretty darn nice reviews - I love you all!!!!

It's a Steam Room

Whaaaatttt a great weekend! Dar taught the 8am and 9am class on Saturday (and killed it) as Molly and I (or I should say I volunteered and made Molly my co-chair) chaired Heritage Elementary's winter Carnival....HOlY COW! It went well and the kids had fun, but man is it hard to find volunteers - everybody loves to come, but nobody wants to help....I shouldn't say nobody - it's the same people who do the work....Anyway, we're both relieved it went well, everyone had fun and that it's over....Bob said he would officially kill me if I did it again next year as I got a little CRAZY Friday night....After the Carnival we had to head to Toledo for my nephew's birthday party and then his baby brother's baptism on Sunday.....we got back Sunday night and I had a business meeting with my partners and I wonder why I'm tired today??? Lisa did an awesome job - kicked her tail with a 20min crossfit workout - 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 goblet front squats....Our goal was 6 sets - she made five....Lisa brought in the silver dress (clarification as I've thought it was yellow this entire time - my bad) she plans to wear in Maui....Keep up the good work girlfriend - you will wear it with pride! 23 arrived for class.....we did a lot of team work - very fun....Kicked off class with 5 min of swings, Iron Cross, 1 bell anyway, Partner push ups, single leg deadlift, figure eight, pistols and finished with a nasty man-maker of 30 sec on and 20 sec on....burpees, squats, push ups, seated twist.....The mirrors, windows and walls completely steamed over (good reason I didn't get a shower today) - nice job to all! Thanks again for all of you who have written such nice reviews online - I so appreciate it!!!!
