It's Wednesday and a ghost town

Kids back to school - so nice to be off the crazy routine for a few days! Did a few things around the house and for work and then off to Canton to visit Mom (she had a hip replacement Monday). She's doing well and the surgery a success, but wow in a lot of pain - learning how to walk again is not an easy task....hopefully the worse is behind her, but definitely not an easy road ahead....We had 4 victims at 5:30pm and 3 at 6:30pm - What is Up with hump day I say???? What is happening to all of you mid week???? Gary was about to walk out - no way it's just you and me at 6:30pm - lol.....he was saved by Barb and Diane....He ended up sweating so much he not only had sweat angels, but perfect head sweat circles too - lol! We went outside (sorta dark, but really refreshing) for the first class - stayed in for the second.....Both classes were a bit different - the constant: everyone worked really hard and darn it no burpees!!!! Form and safety AMAZING - so very proud of you all (Sarah, Stacey, Mark, Sally, Gary, Barb and Diane)......Lisa and Tressa showed up at 7:30pm - love them!!! They'll be off for a few weeks as Lisa is heading in for knee surgery - will so miss seeing them...we laugh more than anything! They killed it with the BOSU, lil KB, lil TRX, pull-ups, "Bender Ball" - they wanted core work and that we did.....Looking forward to a busy day tomorrow - yipppppppeeeeeeeee.......

3 sets of 5 KB toe touch (lay flat, lift bell holding straight over body; lift both legs up and back down - ouch. Normally seen done with a medicine ball)
3 sets of 5 straight arm pull over
2 sets of 10 renegade rows or bear crawls (class #2)
Lying down see saw press - 3 sets of 12 total
2 sets of 10 push ups
2 sets of 10 halos
Threw in a lil of this and that depending on participants and requests
