An amazing day - so warm - felt like summer!!!! Outside without question - not many days left like this! 12 victims in all - so proud of Stephanie, Nikki and Lawrence for coming back! Rozeanne had a day off so in class was she - so great to have her back!!!! We started off with last night's w.o. but instead of naked TGU's it was a lap around the parking lot....we then went into farmer and rack walk....partner push-ups.....2 sets of 10 good mornings.....high pulls, snatches....one snatch - 5 steps and snatch.....ouch! Switch arms half way through (parking lot a football field and a half) - They say I'm Pregnant and Mean....everyone did great! Walking lunges, walking swings....inside for 2 sets of 5 straight arm pull overs, 10 push ups and stretching - yea! Nice job to all....Headed to pick up kids, changed into "church clothes" as they call them to take xmas pics (we're on the ball - sorta) outside (couldn't have asked for a better day)! We had lunch, played and chilled out the rest of the day.....I enjoyed the time off with the boys - they had a good time too!
