· Connections and Introductions By Jason Horsley in AdvoCare Team Freedom

Friend Suggestions and Short Group FB Inbox Messages Make a World of Difference

As our AdvoCare Teams grow, it obviously becomes harder and harder to stay connected with everyone and "meet" every new Member, but the good news is...we have FACEBOOK!

Yes, I am very serious! I am taking a minute to share this with everyone due to three conversations I have had with Team Members in the last 48 hours on this very subject, so I wanted to make sure eveyrone understood why connecting and introducing not only YOUR Leadership, but myself, and many of your peers, is a VERY good idea to each and every new Member who joins the Team!

Simply put, when a new Member joins the Team, you the very first thing you should WANT to do, immediately after adding them to the Team Freedom (our Team group is Aim2Dream) Group and Welcoming them via an intro post, is connect them to your Leadership, myself and any other fellow Team Members with whom you think they can benefit, learn or simply might connect well with!

Trust me when I tell you, there is absolutely a power in this process, if used! Reason? Easy...the same reason events, calls, meetings work so well...they make AdvoCare bigger and more real, than any one of us can do alone.

Additionally, and in my opinion, more importantly, following this process increases the comfort level and support system of the new Team Member faster than anything else will!

1. Friend Suggestion done right....Let your new Team Member know you will be sending them some "friend suggestions" to a part of their Support System, people you absolutely KNOW they should be connected to! After doing so, go to THEIR (the new Member) Wall, click the Friends tab on the top right, followed by Suggest Friends! Select all those you want to connect them to.
2. Introductions made easy...After making these suggestions, you might want to "introduce" your new Member, in a very unintrusive, comfortable manner, to your Leadership or myself, via a Facebook Inbox message. This is quite easy and very painless for all parties...but VERY effective! Simply go to your messages tab on the upper left, start a new message, add the names of the individuals you want to introduce in the To: box and than simply make a short introduction in the message itself... "Jessie/Bob...Bob/Jessie! I just wanted to introduce the two of you real quick! Bob, Jessie is a new Member to the Team who has a real desire to learn more about the business side. Jessie, Bob is a great friend and a vault of knowledge when it comes to building an AdvoCare business! I thought this would be a very useful introduction!"
Simple right? Very, very effective! Failure to do these two simple things will absolutely SLOW your growth...not only your business growth, but most likely your personal grwoth and AdvoCare education as well! You will see what I mean, once a handful of these introductions and messages start to take shape! You will be amazed at how much you will learn from your Leadership and peers through this simple step!

Folks, I beleive we are truly built unlike any other organization in AdvoCare for very simple reasons...our communication and TEAMWORK!

As almost all of you have heard me say at some point in the past, this is NOT a Lone Ranger business! If you have any desire to truly be successful here...you will willingly leave your pride and ego at the door and ask for every ounce of help and support you can find!

Nothing will increase your AdvoCare education faster than simply being willing to listen and learn! You have my word!

Remember, the only ones who fail here are those who know it all, are uncoachable or GIVE UP!

Make the connections and introductions...things will begin to move at light speed!

EXCUSES or RESULTS, Never BOTH!
