Break the Mold!

“Break the Mold”
The variable is YOU. There is so much in the world you cannot control, but you can control your thoughts and your actions. The same wind blows on us all. It is not the wind but the set of the sail that moves our boat.
If you want to grow your check, grow yourself.
You might have to give up something now in order to get more of it later.
When faced with an opposition- someone tells you, “no, I don’t have time” THAT is the answer they need! They need TIME! Or, “I don’t have the money for this” THAT is the answer they need! They need money! Advocare can provide what they need!
Advocare is a 19 year old company that has grown 130% in the last 2 years! There has been more money paid out to DISTRIBUTORS in the last 3 years than in the first 16 years combined!!!!
Reasons people fail:
1.       Lack of communication! Plug in to events! Keep the relationship with your team!
2.       Lack of a definite purpose! Don’t be so general “I need to make money” make it concrete! I need to make x to pay my student loan.
Actions for success:
Engage your sponsor immediately! There is a successs system, and it works! Don’t try to make up a new way!
Get paid on the first 48 hours you start! Get success rolling right away! That momentum will spark you!
If you treat this business like a business it will pay you like a business. If you treat it like a hobby, it will pay you like a hobby.
Here is the game plan from the Coach himself! 
1.       Define where you are at and decide where you want to go
2.       Develop a plan to get there and execute the plan (you can reach out and have all the help you need with this!)
3.       Re-evaluate the plan. You can’t start over, BUT you can always have a New Beginning!
(Sounds a little like our Ready, FIRE, AIM philosophy!!! Doesn’t it!)
Basic Fundamentals
1.       Get to advisor- start with advisor order first
2.       Make your warm market list
3.       Knowledge of products- you will sell what you use. Take what you can afford. Retail more product to afford more. How can you know what it does unless you take it?
4.       Employ your sponsor- 3 items or “triangle” of success- Nutritional mixer or 24 day challenge launch events, 3 way calls, 2 on 1’s.
5.       Use your tools!

b.      DVD
c.       Spark catalog and product catalog
d.      Development tools- debt busters, Succeed- (Stories of Diamonds)
6.       Get yourself to an event! You can’t take someone somewhere YOU’VE never been! Plug in!

c.       Live Webinars
d.      Bonus calls/Webinars you can forward
e.      Face to face chat (skype, etc)
f.        Nutritional mixers- live event
g.       Quick start event
h.      Mixers
i.         Regional Events
j.        SUCCESS SCHOOL!!
Success leaves clues! There are characteristics of champions that you would want to recruit!
They are Coachable, have Desire, have a Disgust, have a sense of Urgency, they are Money Motivated, they Care about others, they are Self-motivated.
The question on Success School is NOT “can I afford to go?”  It is “can I afford to NOT GO?”
Look at your life in the last 5 years. Without any change, it is a good indicator of what your life will be like the NEXT 5 years. DO YOU NEED A CHANGE?!
