The kids are back in school and back to the routine we go......got a lot done today and very happy to have made a meal for The Zufra's - from scratch too - even dessert!!!!! Headed into work with the windows down - sun shining....outside training - it doesn't get any better.....We had 11 victims (all in shoes - except for Arlene, but she just got back from Antigua so we did not feel bad for her)......We warmed up with snatches and then did a ladder of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 snatches each side with 5 windmills each side in between....We made our way around the building many times with farmers, rack, walking swings, etc......The 2nd group rolled in with the look of fear....we did the same combinations, but also added a tortuous partner drill - one runs around the building while the other swings - 4x - ouch!!!! All did very well.....Outside was refreshing - gotta take it while we can it's Ohio - might snow again for all we know. Mr. Pete A.K.A. Mr. Handyman (otherwise known as Doug's Dad) popped in to check on his newly constructed "BALL" Rack (resist a balls that is) - looks Sweet!!!! Thank you so much - it's perfect! We're definitely keeping him busy - every time Pete comes in we have more tasks or something breaks - LOL - between us and Darlene I'm not sure how he's managing to get anything done!!!! Doug be sure to ask your Dad about the "Barely clothed Peter Pan Incident" on Saturday.....One of the funniest things I've ever witnessed - just will never be able to look at your Dad the same - LOL!!!! FYI - if you ever need to change your clothes do it in the kids room or the bathroom - the hallway may not be the best choice.....LOL
