It was a GREAT class today! 16 victims in total - one newbie - you all really do love me (getting worried these last few weeks).....Loved, Loved, Loved having you all in class - so fun - such a nice group! Same workout as last night, but no TRX - too many people....back to some basics with Halo's, Good Mornings, Hot Potato's, V ups, Planks, Push Ups...lots of sighs, but all good.....No Burpees again - WOW to you!!! We did sadly have no one show up again for Baby Boomer Bell so we made the decision to cancel the class for now....we'll re-visit after the Holidays/Maternity Leave.....Ran a few errands - actually picked up a few "early" Xmas shopping items....Have to be on it this year - Big Girl only getting slower!!!! Got caught up on some emails, work and phone calls....whoala - the kids are back home (never can figure out where the *&^^ the time goes)......dinner, homework and off to Holy Martyr's for a first communion meeting.....back home, stories, baths, bed.....all is good....just spent some $$$$ online purchasing some much needed footwear for the kids and myself (Bob does need shoes, but never likes what I do and hard to find size 14 so he loses for now)- boots, winter crocs, etc (slip on shoes for me a must at this stage in the game - LOL)! If I get the tennies tied - guess what - they ain't comin off!!!!!
