A victim has been chosen to demonstrate the skill at hand. Another victim will be chosen to critique. If the correct assessments have not been made burpies are assigned. We did 120 of them the 2nd day. 60 the first day. Ouch! Needless to say I learned a lot....
Team Jones was my group. 8 men and 2 women. We learned a lot from each other in our small group discussions. I was proud to represent Team Jones (nominated by my fellow teammates) in the Technique Competition on the final day. I came in 2nd place out of 6! All of this thanks to Doug....these pics were all taken by my good friend Molly Zufra who made the trip to St. Paul to support me. There are not words to explain my gratitude. Thank you for making this experience an unforgettable one!
